I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with great room amenities and a lovely pool view. The staff was kind and helpful, especially with the kids. However, there were some issues with bugs and ants in the room, which was a bit of a downside.

My room on the ground floor had a great pool view and a good terrace. The bunk beds were perfect for my two boys, and the maid service kept everything very clean. The bed was massive and comfortable, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. There were bugs on the towels and ants in the bath, which was a downside.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms at this hotel, much bigger than what I expected. Being close to both the pool bar and children's pool was great, and I had a lovely view overlooking the kids' pool. The apartment was very spacious with excellent air-conditioning, making my stay comfortable. However, the only downside was feeling a bit out of place being on the ground floor.
